A longtime resident of Seattle and the greater Eastside, Jason Maybell offers his clients firsthand knowledge of how wonderfully different each of our region’s neighborhoods can be. He is regarded as an expert in his field, combining his attention to detail with his unparalleled market knowledge and a strong work ethic to provide his clients with the smoothest transactions and best possible outcomes. He understands that real estate transactions can be stressful, and that quick and timely communication can alleviate that stress. Keeping his clients’ best interests in mind allow for successful navigation of transactions, which is of utmost importance to him. 

In his more than seven years as a real estate professional, Jason has come to understand the value and importance of listening. He acts in partnership with his clients to understand individual needs, expectations and time frames. He works tirelessly to ensure his clients understand the entire real estate process, providing them with the tools necessary to make well-educated and sound decisions. Most importantly, Jason’s goal is to help each client “love where you live”, realizing a home is much more than just a structure; it is community, a neighborhood, a village, and a place where memories are created.

He currently lives in Issaquah with his wife and their three children. Family and community are the foundation of Jason’s being. When he’s not hard at work, he can often be found mountain biking on the beautiful Pacific Northwest trails, playing sports with his kids, volunteering his time with the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, or playing live music with his band, The Cloves.
